Slow Cooking’ Three Bean Chili

Chili Chillin'

Easiest chili ever and quite tasty when topped with some cheddar and onions!

Olive oil
1 Sweet yellow onion, chopped
1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
3T. Tomato paste
1T. Chili powder
1 Can crushed tomatoes
1 Can of black beans
1 Can of pinto beans
1 Can of kidney beans
1 1/2 c. Water
1t. Salt
1/4 t. Black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Saute onion, red pepper & garlic in th oil until soft then stir in tomato paste and chili powder until all mixed up and then dump into slower cooker.  Add in everything else, put on low for 6-8 hours and then enjoy.

Very very easy & tasty!

  17. I’m actually gonna TRY it! Thanks for posting the recipe! Looks great! I used to work at a place that did a chili feed for Halloween. Two ladies brought in their biggest crock pots, we dumped all sorts of stuf in and it was chili in a few hours! Always turned out great, I have no idea how….
