This is the best glossary I’ve ever read! I’m so glad you included “making biscuits,” though a friend of mine calls it “bubble gumming” (like her Mr.Murry’s paws are stuck in bubble gum).
Our tortie Clawsie also does biscuits in the air while lying on her back; we call that her “shadow puppets.” She usually does those only under the influence of “the ‘nip” (catnip).

The PM here, I loved your list of terms. Very funny and oh so true. Do you have a term for the large puff of furr under a bun’s chin? We always called it their gossle. I think it is more common with a little rotund bun.
Goldie and Shade - 4-February-2008 at 6:17 am
You need “The Superman” – Bunny stretched out with back legs straight behind, front paws either tucked or, even cuter, also stretched out. It’s Superman! No, better, it’s a relaxed bunny! We will save the world! After we awake….
