Mum told me today she’s going to plant some more basil and mint in a container in the house JUST FOR ME!!! squeee! maybe she’ll let me supervise when she starts cooking too
You are the pro tester! The wee-est one here ate a chive out of the garden yesterday and her breath reminded the PM of the buns she had when she was little. They favorite “supper supervising” treat was onion tails.
We fully agree… just keep an eye on mum when she’s preparing dinner…we love to go to the kitchen and circle around her ankles when she’s washing our greens and spinning them dry, it’s fun!
And how cool is the mat that matches the curly kale???
Tying up with Archie Ann’s comment - Music and food: our mum has 3 cookbooks where every recipe comes with a music recommendation one should listen to while cooking…plenty of punkrock there…hee hee!
Fiona you are very good at snoopervising! I have a message too for ‘Lando bun… Archi Ann said that you are just trying to scare me and I need the nooter! I think that you just want all the nooters for yourself, but you can’t have mine!
Dear Buns, I think my MomBean is in need of help. She’s planted more tomato seeds than she should and I think come summer she’s going to be knee-deep in heirlooms. Please rsvp to help clean them out or she’s going to make me eat them as well. Previews at my blog today.
i absolutely agree Fi - that’s a great rule!

Of course you must snoopervise. Else how can you make sure that you get all those cool greens!
Snoopervise????? Or eat?
Eating is essential. Snoopervision is only essential in that it allows us to decide which greens to eat.
EAT is the key word.

tell your mum she needs to rekindle her 70s roots and break out some ramones while she preps dindin
maybe “somebody put something in my drink” …
Looks great~!!!!
Michico might want to get some!
As long as you leave a little for your Mom to eat!

That’s a wonderful rule!
Nice job snoopervising!
We already practice that rule. Mom doesn’t mind, but Nana gets a little bit cranky when we get too close to her foods.
that looks good Fi! great rule!

Fiona, we want to try that green stuff….you seem to really like it!

I wish I liked bun food because that actually looks pretty tasty!
You’re doing a good job supervising. Luna is doing something similar, but for music
We wouldn’t eat dat stuff, being cats and all, but we’z happy fur yoo Fi. Nom nom away…
I can see how that would be absolutely necessary.
It’s so necessary. We’re sure Sophia wouldn’t want your kale, and you wouldn’t want her stinky goodness.
So much kale, so little time…
“All that — for li’l ol’ moi? Oh thank you mama!” (Lando can go get his own.)
Nom Nom Nom…. is that KALE??? I must agree in any case, Nom Nom Nom!!
Thanks for the nanoosh!!
*nose bonks and binkies*
Oh Miss Fiona I had kale for breakfast today! Uhmm,, that looks suspiciously like a dreaded Furminator next to the kale… hop away quietly!
Um, are you snoopervising, or a little more than that?
That looks tasty!
Yum! You’re doing a great job! Keep it up! (Do you read all of those books also?)
