Spring! The birds have begun to gather regularly at the bird bath, and last weekend I planted more herbs! (Sounds great, doesn’t Lando and Fiona??) Next up after these rains: asparagus!
oh, you are so lucky to be smelling Spring! it’s 18 degrees right now in the Mitten state and Spring is a loooong way away. but my Mom is happy ’cause it’s getting light! when she leaves work at 6pm it’s light and that, she says, makes all the difference in the world.

Ah, even as a human I can appreciate the smell of spring.
Though it’s a bit more subtle for us in the city.
All we smell is snow, yoor view is so green…we’re stuck in the white on white world. We miss spring…
