Egypt here … I agree with Dino, you’re on an American Airlines plane, but that looks like a night time picture.
Not SLC, not Phoenix, not ABQ, not KC, not STL, not anywhere near the ocean or the big lakes.
My guess is Minneapolis-St. Paul. May be to visit SSS because DK has a sweetie there.
