Herb potato salad; Romaine; Asparagus; Cottage cheese with chive for Breakie; Aioli mustard sauce for the asparagus; Ginger lime vinaigrette; Tangelo
Herb potato salad
Handful of fingerling potatoes, steamed and chunked
Scallions (green onions), chopped
Handful of Italian parsley, coarse chop
Handful of dill, coarse chop
Juice of one lemon (I used a Meyer)
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Dump in a bowl while the potatoes are still warm – mix – snarf
